1. About Dihaadi

Dihaadi is a free, community-driven platform that connects daily-wage service workers with nearby households. Dihaadi is NOT an employer, agency, labor contractor, or service provider. It is a referral directory and community platform.

2. Platform Nature

Dihaadi functions as a digital notice board — enabling discovery and connection between workers and households. All work arrangements, timings, compensation, and terms are directly between the worker and the household. Dihaadi has no role in these arrangements.

3. No Financial Transactions

Dihaadi does not process, facilitate, or handle any payments. No money flows through the platform. Workers and households negotiate and settle payments independently.

4. No Guarantees

Dihaadi does not guarantee the quality of work, the reliability of workers, the accuracy of profiles, or the outcome of any connection made through the platform. Users engage at their own discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, treat all community members with respect and dignity, and comply with applicable local laws. Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dihaadi and its team shall not be liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or injuries arising from connections made through the platform. This includes but is not limited to work quality, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.

7. Content & Profiles

Users are responsible for the content they post, including profile information, photos, and reviews. Dihaadi reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
